Inschrijfformulier & betaling
Om lid te worden dien je €40,- over te maken naar NL95INGB0009389074 t.n.v. Avalanche Boarders Eindhoven, en vul je onderstaand formulier in. Voor dit geld ben je lid van Avalanche van 1 September 2017 t/m 31 Augustus 2018.
